The South Korean guns were transferred to them under a different program and thus do not qualify to be sent back to the US in the same manner. They have to be bought as surplus and imported just like any other surplus military firearm. I believe it was Century that had bought them and was arranging shipment from and payment to South Korea when the last administration stopped their importation.
Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.
