Nope, I bought that when I was 8 or so for a dime, and I used it. AND...I just looked them up on the web and I still see them for sale. It mentioned that Radio Shack sells them. They work slicker than the dickens.

Yes - Only I used it as a fire starter using punk wood or dead wild grape vine...and it could be used with an old surplus rifle or musket. If one lost their flint on a flint lock musket or rifle they could lock the frizzen open and use a lighted stick. I have an old military musket made at Harper's Ferry. I could never figure out the model - I'll post a picture.
