I'm pretty sure this is a british helmet. Is there a way to date them? Under the rim is fs137 . The one chin strap is broken I seen in the sticky's a company sells aftermarket replacement liners. How would it affect the value if I replaced it. I picked it up for $ 50 how did I do

Do not replace the liner, that would severely diminish the value.. Restored shells with new liners are around $60 so you did very good.
