Hi guys! My name's RogueJSK. I'm 28, and work in law enforcement. I'm a member of a few other online forums, and finally decided it was time to join one dedicated to the surplus firearms that I love.

Like many others, my milsurp addiction was started with the purchase of a CMP Garand about 7 years ago. I've always loved both history and shooting, so I naturally gravitated towards older milsurps. I've been slowly collecting C&R rifles for several years now, with the main focus being WW2 battle rifles. However, I'm always keeping my eyes open for other interesting surplus rifles, and have a few milsurps from other eras in my collection. Even though my personal collection is relatively modest, I've had the priviledge of handling and shooting a wide variety of surplus rifles from the collections of friends and acquaintances.

I look forward to learning a lot, and contributing where I can.

Welcome to the forum RogueJSK. This is a great place to learn and share info. Almost every section of the forum has permanent posts ("Stickies") that contain valuable information. Plus, also learn to use the "Search" function when you're trying to locate info and answers - there are many years worth of knowledge to be found in the old posts. See you around the forum.
