I saw this and was wondering if this has any value.
Thanks,
Kevin
Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

It looks pretty worn, but it is something I would add to the collection if the price was right. Maybe even shoot some 38 S&W I have reloaded for my Webley.
Kevinofborg 1/30/2014
What would be a fair price?
Ken792 1/30/2014
I saw a Victory Model at the last gun show that looked better, in .38 Special for $300, so I would assume less than that.
Kevinofborg 1/31/2014
$200 to $225 OTD depending if I use a gift card. this one is also in .38 spl
Polok 1/31/2014
I would value the revolver $25 more than a M&P/M10 "shooter" in similar (rough) shape.
About $200, if it has a tight action and good bore, and only because it is
a martial arm--
If you do get it, remember no +P/heavy reloads.
Kevinofborg 1/31/2014
My math was wrong I picked it up for $194.85 OTD. The bore is very good + and it is very tight.
Thanks Forum members....my 1st and only US side arm.

Nice pick up, Clean it out thoroughly and it will probably surprise you how smooth the action is on those older S&Ws.

I'm just seeing this thread now...but when I first saw the pics I thought to myself I would pay at least $200 without batting an eye. I think you did real good--I'd love to add a Victory model to my collection....

Shooter grade gun but a nice pick up. I have wanted one of these but I will not pay $600 for one
I would have bought it at that price.

Just saw this. That is sweet! I don't have a real US military sidearm yet. Too darned expensive. I have ordered one the ole Rock Island 45 clones to go with my 45 colt commander.
I think with some TLC the old girl will do just fine and surprise ya.

I'm glad DWalt at the S&W Forum got you some solid info on this.
