Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: My SKS Collection
Thanks everyone for the kind words. I inherited my Dads collection after he passed.
I gave 4 pistols to my sister (Ruger Blackhawk 44 mgnum, S&W 357, Erma 22. cal luger and a charter arms bulldog 44 special.
The 2 firearms I have listed in the Great Arms race (Remington 1100 and byf 44 P-38) and the next 12 or 14 I will list are his collection which I will pass down to my heirs someday. Some of those firearms came from his uncle, who got them from his Dad (my Dads Grandfather) so I make the 4th generation they have been handed down to. I like to keep those things in the family.

Wow awesome assortment, you have 12 more than I have. All I have is a Chinese Sterile rifle, that ended up in Albania.

Sorry to hear about your tragic events. Nice collection. I've been on a Paratrooper run lately. PAX

Thanks PAX. Are you the PAX that posts over on the SKSboards? I read over there a lot but very seldom post.

Re: My SKS Collection
Hope Harvey has not caused you any problems. I caught 15 inches in my rain gauge but only problem it has caused me is I can't get to the range because of flooding. Nice SKS collection. I am down to one SKS after giving two to my children. Stay dry.

With the way things are going now the generations after us may have to hide these things.

Re: My SKS Collection
Very saddened by your news, i can only imagine what you've been going through.
As far as our common SKS affinity goes, I remember seeing a crate of Chinese at an LGS about 25 years ago, selling for $75. I still kick myself for not picking one up. Would have meant some explaining to the wife, but hell, she ended up being an Ex anyway...
My first was a 59/66 that Todd sold me, still have it, too.
