Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.
You don't often see female names in the western tack field, but Rachel Scribner of Madill, Oklahoma made these straps. The buckles are by Cecil Blasingame of

Here is another view of those inexpensive undecorated Buermann spurs that are the same on both sides. You'll notice that the rowels are slightly different. My guess is that when a cowboy bought a pair of these, they just reached into a barrel and grabbed the first two that came to hand. The shape of the leathers is unusual, with a strap that goes in front of the boot heel. I can't tell from the photo whether they are adjustable in any way.
