Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Tragedy at the local HS.

#1 Post by HectorFuego » Fri Sep 29, 2017 5:29 pm

17 year old female senior took her life in a 2nd story restroom this morning. So sad. My heart goes out to her family.

The best friend I ever had in my life committed suicide while I was in Vietnam. He was like a little brother and I have never gotten over it.
Today the war Vets are taking their own lives at a alarming rate.

My wife committed suicide 5 years ago its so hard to get help for them and if they don't want the help its almost impossible to stop them.

Found out tonight that the girl was well liked, but had suffered with depression for years.

I've had two friends from my platoon in the Army who killed themselves within the last year. When are we going to do something about this problem and change the stigmas against mental health and improve our mental health systems? I'm not trying to make this political, it spans both parties and everyone in the US. I'm sure most of us have a friend, family member or acquaintance who has committed suicide.

My colleague took his life two weeks ago. Gambling and debt combined with hidden depression is the best we can figure. Third co-worker to commit suicide in last 15 years. It really sucks making the notifications.
