Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Well look where it happened.
The robber will win and I am sure a lawyer is behind the whole scheme

Hippycrowe, thanks for that (I think?).Lets see if I have this right (its a listening check).

So the family of the gun toting robber is suing the hero for disarming and then stabbing the robber with the knife the robber stabbed the hero in the neck with.

Is that correct?

If so, This could only happen in America.

Only a lawyer could try to justify suing some one for stopping an armed robber when you are fighting for your life you do what you have to do. Its not like the guy knocked the robber out and and then stabbed him lol

Lawyers will take any case that is brought before them because they get a bundle of money; in the form of lawyer fees, whether they win or lose.

Hay everyone deserves to be able to go to work without the threat of violence! In the case of the robber, his employer (the store he was holding up) did not provide in good faith a "safe" environment for him to work!

common you all know this stuff! :naughty: :naughty:

California. I'm tired of the over-litigious atmosphere in this country.
