:shock: Any experts on Webleys know what "EBI" stamp on a cyclinder flat on my Albion 38 cal.S&W 1943 No 2 Mk I** Webley may stand for??? :idea: :idea: :idea: :idea: :idea: :idea: :idea:
This has a B prefix serial #. The hammer is cut - no hammer spur. Bakelite Mk III grips and no made "Made in England" stamp. The base of the grip also has white paint "HQ 5" marked on it. Bring back, no import marks or added safty.
This mark"EBI" stamp is not shown in Stamps & Skennerton's book .380 Enfield No. 2 Revolver

I'm no expert, but could that be one of the steel codes like SPT(I think it was something like that)?
