Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Back in the day, we'd be in the field and one of our battalion Sergeant Majors would arrive, pressed and spit-shined, yelling about how good it was to see "his men" "soldiering".

At some point , someone got the notion to look up the definition of "soldiering" in the dictionary.

One of the official definitions of "soldiering" is to make a false pretense of work to avoid punishment.

From that point forward, we were always happy to concur with the SM that we were, in fact, "soldiering". :mrgreen:

Oh hell when I was in we did a lot of "SOLDIERING" then !.............

Well, My Sgt and I did all the work. The Major rode around in his M151 and took pictures.
