Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.
Thompson M1A1 from my collection
Thompson M1A1 from my collection
One pearl from my small weapons collection.
All matching Thompson SMG from ww2, from Slovenia. I have a Yugoslav army leather pouch which is Yugo post war production. All others accessories are from ww2. It is very heavy and excellent machining and effective with high rate of fire. I added original canvas sling because someone fix unknown (from commo - radio device) belt. After that I found also 20 rounds ammo magazine.
It was one of the firearms in partisan weaponary and also in Yugoslav Army armament after ww2. The last official use was recorded during wars on Balkan from 1991-95.

Some of us live in states where you can't own them, even if you own a house. In my case I can't even own a semi auto remake, because I can't even own a SBR.

Wow that is a beauty... Who made those leather magazine pouches?? I have heard Russians & I have heard Yugoslavians.. There is a movie called Kellys Heroes and it was shot in Yugoslavia and they carry those type of pouches.
Those pouches are much more classier then the ww II american web versions

Yugoslav production. And they used to carry just 30-rounds magazines. I ve never seen 20 rounds magazine as a part of combat equipment.

Nice !.............
Re: Thompson M1A1 from my collection
Very nice. The oil is very rare as well. Does your gun have the lubricating pads removed or are they still there as in the M1921?

I can no longer post videos here due to Youtube pulling all my uploads showing us shooting. I have some videos of us shooting my 1928 I can send you if you want to see them?
If your gun has the felt oilers on a spring finger, you will see them when you remove the trigger assembly.
