Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

My Enfield No.1 Mk VI

#1 Post by S.B. » Sun Jul 23, 2017 4:28 pm

Finally took a picture of it. Came to me with shaved cylinder but, locally, I found a cylinder(.455 Webiey)and like new barrel. Sent it down to Missouri to have the barrel fitted and also, had the new cylinder fitted. Now I have something I have never seen in my area, an Enfield No.1 MkVI with both a .45ACP and .455 Webley cylinder both fitted with their own extractors.

The holster is so I can carry it as a self defense gun.

Kaeto, could that possibly be a commercial gun, I don't see the usual military stampings on the frame?

I'm envious, Steve. Having dual caliber capability makes your revolver a very intriguing proposition. I also like that it's on the less common Enfield frame.

I have one that's kinda the opposite. It's a Webley frame and barrel with an Enfield cylinder.

Bob, this thing has been a WORK in progress? Parts are difficult to find if, not impossible.
