What does the cartridge look like? I assume its black powder?
To old to fight and to old to run, a Jar head will just shoot and be done with you.

450cf Adams. Cut down 45acp #12grns BP yes. 200 grn hollow base bullet

I love it when my fellow members share such beautiful and interesting pieces from their collection: great inspiration for me to research into a firearm (and a period in history,) that I've only the briefest knowledge of. How does she shoot?
