Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

I was wondering if a 92FS locking block could be modified to replace a Helwan locking block?

You might be better off trying Numrich or even flea bay

None on Fleebay and would also have to buy a barrel to get the locking block from Numrich. And it's $179.00 from them

If I recall, I looked at that and it was a no go.

Sarco had some not long ago, you may want to call them and see if they have any left.

Would the barrel and block from a 92 work?

Sarco is sold out, and Numrich only has the barrel and block and they want $174.95 for it. And it's not even the right barrel.

Got word from Beretta that nothing from the 92 will work.
