Beretta 1934 and accessories from my collection

Post by M67 »

I would like to present my Beretta pistol model M34, cal. 9x17 (9 mm Corto). There is no story behind execpt that I bought it from my hunter colleague 15 years ago. It is not internet purchase so it is from our South western part of Slovenia. I got it with the green ww2 pistol holster.
I add some accessories like another additional magazine, , two different holsters and "bandoliera". I was surprised when I discoverd that Yugoslav army still kept this pistol in official list of weapons beside many other very interesting regarding historical events in our areas.
Pistol does not have military markings just weapon inspection markings. It has full script and it was produced in fascist year XX (1942).

I add Yugoslav pistol holster for Beretta pistol. It was in Slovenian Teritorial Defence in 1991. There is WW2 italian uniform with very worn holster in my collection too.

Thanks for the comment. It is only a question of will and the right moment.

Very nice Beretta and accessories. I really like the holster/cartridge belt. Thanks for sharing.

No, I do not live in a museum anyway. It is true that my lovely wife is constantly complaining. I really do not know why ..?

Actually, I did not try to full fill. I red that ammo bandolier, used mainly by Artillery and specialist troops (Such as motorcyclists). Ammo capacity is theoretically 48 rounds, but its very tight. So, 4x 6 cartridges in ammo clips. Grey green leather in construction, but brown leather ones are known to exist. Smaller pistol/revolver pattern ones also exist, and were supplied to tank crews.
