Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Quick update: The magazine spring had been monkeyed with by a previous owner and was reassembled incorrectly so with some very gentle stretching and flipping the spring around (solved the binding issue) the magazine is back to functioning but the spring is still old and tired so it doesn't hold open the toggle anymore after running dummy rounds through it. I am glad it was a simple fix such as flipping the spring around. Range report pending once i get my registration certificate in the mail and get her out to the range to run some S&B 115 and 124 grain 9mm factory rounds.
