Here is my k31. Picked it up at Cabelas a while back for around 200 and some change. Unfortunately, it did not have the troop tag, and it does have the billboard import mark. It is a fine shooter though, and I have taken whitetail with this rifle.

Anyone have any input on this particular rifle?

Cool Vandle. Nice rifle. I like the P series. That swiss soldier liked his rifle so much he let it follow him home. Thats how I got most of mine or so I tell Mrs grouchy. (it followed me home, honest!) I don't have a K 31 private series but do have a 1911. I think I bought it off this board a while back.

The actual name and mobile number of the previous owner is on a tag under the butt plate. Old habits die hard it seems.

I was lucky to pick this one up when it came into the country from Switzerland a couple of years ago.

I have an G1889 lined up later this year hopefully

I had two Vetrellis, left them with my aunt in Idaho, she used them as wall hangers in her business. Wish I had them back.
