Some one screwed the chamber up with a reamer or a drill bit but the barrel I found for $80 fixed it

Another words the chamber had been buggered up?
If Gunbroker does not do you good somehow, nor the seller give a partial refund, I'd spread the word as best as I could.
Most places guarantee a return for a reason like that.
( Although that could also happen from a show purchase also.)

Its a really nice rifle I am happy with it the 12-43 barrel is pretty close to when the receiver was made info I found said around 10-43
