Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

vz24 Guatemalan All Matching

#1 Post by capt14k » Tue Jun 20, 2017 4:37 pm

This was another 2017 purchase. It is the only all matching vz24 Guatemalan I've seen. There were only 4,000 made and a lot less survived. Even less survived matching and in this condition. The correct matching parts are the receiver, barrel, bolt, and stock. Also many parts have the circle Z marking being it was Czech Made. Hope everyone enjoys.

Oh that crest is killer... Looks like no wear.. I have seen a couple that showed some light wear on the very top, and a couple that were so bad that unless you told someone what you were looking at they would not know.. But thats the best I have seen outside of Balls Book.

That is maybe the 3rd best Mauser Crest in the world...

Outside of the Persian and Brazilian, although I have a soft spot for the "Rampart Lion" Czech crest. :D

Love the crest. You don't see those every day. Thanks for the pics.

My favorite crest is the Costa Rican Crest. Others I really like are the Ethiopian, Guatemalan, and Persian as well. I have the last two but I am still searching for the first two.

Very nice. Love the crest. The rear sight, too. Wow. Absolutely no wear and tear.

It is the nicest I've seen in decades. Mine is not close to that nice.
