Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Spanish 1916

This is the model 1916, dated 1917. Possible first year production since they started manufacturing in 1917. In 7mm with a 22" barrel and bent bolt, this is the mid length carbine. Shorter than the 1893 and longer than the M95. The rear sights are flat sights but start at 100 rather than 300 meters like most you'll see.

That is a great example. I have been after one for a while but all the ones ive seen are 308 and are dogs

I have both....308 and 7mm and there both in really nice shape.
I'm glad I got them when they were still in nice condition. The ones
out there now are in pretty bad shape.
