Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

1891 M91 eyeballs jumped out it's so nice

I was looking at other forums and caught this fantastic Mosin M91, an intact specimen that is FANTASTIC. AS perfect as it gets. Can you even imagine finding such a rifle? Talk about a lucky day at a gun show. About as good as coming out of a stroke in 5 days intact, like nothing happened.
1899 Tula M91 with ALL early features! by Dwbittner
He has many more photos, I reposted only 5 of his great close up views of the marker's marks on his rifle. This specimen is what dreams are made of. You just got to see this link:
This rifle is a Museum specimen. Worth a print out of his portion of the post showing the rifle. Look at the stock patina, the cartouche, and even the cleaning rod is correct and marked. :scared-eek: :scared-eek: MOSIN guys you must see this link

That first popped up on a FB group I belong to, we referred him to Gunboards. It's a amazing example, whats more amazing is the buyer had no idea what he had till we told him. Some people have all the luck!

It would be neat to get that lucky at a gun show. It seems to happen when old collectors die and they family dumps stuff to really sell, not to slowly sell it a high prices. There idea of fun is not to sit at guns shows, rather get rid of dad's old junk fast.

When you have no love for an item, you will not invest time in selling it, you just want the space in your house so you can buy the things you love..

The hammer was an early Tula armory symbol if I am not mistaken? It's been a while.

Yup that is a Tula hammer. He got it for $300? I'm sobbing right now after seeing the very basic mosins that Cabelas wants $350 for one?
