Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

I would think the individual soldier would not have done so. They had thousands of good Japanese rifles to choose from. The larger supply of parts and rifles would have gone to the nations Japan attacked in Asia as war reparations.
