Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

M41 Measurements Needed -----> Cleaning Rod

Can someone with a Model 41 please take a few minutes and provide me with a couple of measurements
on the original cleaning rod.

I need the diameter of the wider portion that fits into the front band,
I need the length of the rod to the tip that extends beyond the larger portion.
I need the diameter of the rod.
I need the over-all length of the cleaning rod.

I was just being silly with the above post, but seriously, what is a M41...a type of rifle?

To old to fight and to old to run, a Jar head will just shoot and be done with you.

Its just fills out the hole it goes in, help prevent it from wobbling around. Although it does it poorly.

Many thanks... I am needing to pick a cleaning rod for my m41 also.

It has the Grooves in the front sight, and just got a hood for it and it really changes the look of the rifle
