Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Thanks for all the work... Deep down I do not feel this is right... But you know it was a stop gap measure, wonder how long these were designed to last..??

Great pictures

Interesting Empire arms just sold a Berthier M1934. Price was nuts. edit for spell ck change I guess what was really crazy is I found mine for $300 :scared-eek: Both Empire Arms & Libertytreecollectors are class acts.
FRENCH Model 1907-15 M34 Berthier bolt-action cartridge carbine # F32888 (converted to 7.5x54mm) originally mfg. by St, Etienne in c.1915 with 1936 dated Tulle barrel. Excellent condition, most remaining black enamel finish on metal parts. All serialized parts including triggerguard matches. Bore is strong and mirror bright, stock is very attractive. Not import-marked. Extremely rare conversion, and very seldom offered for sale at any price. PHOTOS . . . $1650. C&R SOLD
Here is their photo .

To old to fight and to old to run, a Jar head will just shoot and be done with you.

You know what, I am going to disagree that the price was nuts.. High yeah.. But nuts, not so much..

Points of reference

I have been looking for one for years. They just do not turn up on Gun Broker that often. In fact I can not recall
one selling on a open auction

Last one for sale I saw was a demilled one a local auction (With proxibid) it went for 900 and to be frank it was a wreck. It had been badly demilled filled in barrel cut receiver welded bolt. The sick puppy who did that will have some answering to do on the day of judgement.

Empire does charge high prices but his guns for the most part do not set there long. He does have his finger on the price pulse so to speak.

Also Empires guns do tend to be in very good condition, and that one is really nice.

If I would have seen that, I would have been tempted, but knowing me I would have hesitated a bit to long and I would have missed out..
