Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Nice rifle! But that target is demonstrating precision, not accuracy. But who really cares about that right now, as you just got it and that target shows it will SHOOT! Now you can get a taller front sight and then ‘dial it in’ to where you want to be. Then you will have both precision and accuracy...

TIP - Once one gets a good slug - however you obtained it - if/when you have a bore with an odd number of lands & grooves , use a locksmithing SS shim stock, one on each side at the micrometer anvils, to get a good reliable measurement.
