Glad to hear surgery went well. Total shoulder recovery is slow, have to let the tissues heal first, then get motion and as much strength back. All takes time. 20gr of H4227 does well for me with the 250 gr bullet, out of a modern 92 action. I don't know if it is safe in a Henry action. It is a starting load listed for Ruger & T/C pistols (max 24.6gr, FYI).
