Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: Market for M44's and 91/40's

Keiths, I think the market for these fine rifles has slowed due to the decrease of available cheap surplus ammo. Of course the price also has increased. the day of the $39 dollar mosins is over. Too bad, these are fine rifles. No more surplus 54r? I still have the spam cans I bought years ago. Arth...

Re: 91/30 Sniper

Thank you sir. Yes the plan is to never take it off. Is it normal for these not to torque down very well?

Re: Market for M44's and 91/40's

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but once the sanctions on Russia were installed, the surplus stuff started drying up. Seems like none of the importers can get their hands on this stuff anymore. From my anecdotal experience, when the well runs dry, that's when the prices go up.

91/30 Sniper

Now that I'm back on the forum and all my old posts are gone, I figured I'd post photos of the only milsurp I still own. Even though I only shot 3 rounds through it I love this thing. I need to figure out how to properly torque down the scope mount. It seems like the large knob shakes loose.
