Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Banned again .....on my Chromebook!

Well I was banned for 3 months back last summer because my IP address showed I was a spammer? Got back last October and all was good until this week? Now when I login it says “ Found in Stop Forum Spam Database”. This is only on my Chromebook. ( I am typing this thread on my iPhone ). Can your tech ...

Re: Walmart says 21 to buy a long gun

I don't have a problem with it. I never bought guns from them and have always supported the smaller "mom & pop" family owned gun shops.
After seeing some of the under 21 generation on tv lately I think maybe the voting age should be raised to 21 as well.

Gun shows are insane....unless you have more money than brains!

I go just to get my exercise and look for weird parts, scarce ammo, or a "rare bargain "

Most Excellent! You even have the bayonet model and country correct!

4B is actually the M7 bayonet for the M16 rifle ( a better picture by me would have helped )

and yes 6B is the M6 for for the M14 rifle

Congrats to another 67 year old!

Re: New to me 1903

Nice Looking rifle! Have you had a chance to fire it yet? I have a question about the pre-war C stock. DO you think it was original to the rifle? I had heard that C-Stocks were used on the early 1930's on A1's, arsenal rebuilds, NM and DCM rifles and some target rifles? I think that some std product...

Re: CMP announces how Army surplus 1911s to be sold

It will be interesting to see how many salvageable rifles they get from the Philippines. I spent 3 years there in the AF and metal and wood don't last well in that climate. Plus the fact that the Philippine military was not known for for their meticulous care of firearms. Ernest T, I agree that the...

Hey Rob

Exact same thing happened to me right after the old forum went offline! I gave up and tried again around Thanksgiving on a different computer ( with a different IP address ).

It worked! Glad to be back

Wow. You found a treasure with all the goodies. Really rare and I like the character of the battle worn stock.
( I have his 'younger brother' but without all the extras )

Thanks for posting.

Nice looking enfield. Let us know how she shoots?

FYI the sling is on backwards. I would reverse it so the claws won't scratch that beautiful wood stock.
