Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: Kitchen Table Gunsmithing

One thing I seem to use a lot is a couple different shape and size stainless steel dental picks that I've bought over the years.

Re: Help with 1903 that has no S/N? Lots of pics!

In picture 21 all the small stamps on the side of the receiver will let one of our experts find out what receiver maker and time period it came from. If I had to guess I would say Remington 1903 but that's just a guess.

Re: Stick'em with the pointy end

The last bayonet is for a French Fusil modele 1866(Chassepot). I think it may fit a few other models as well. It will send spiders running when they see it coming.

Re: CMP M1 Garand

You can't go wrong at that price delivered. If there is something you don't like about the rifle you can always get your money back on resale.

Very nice display. Next time Melania is visiting Slovenia you will have to let her model it for you.

Re: Blown muzzle loader

Remington ultimate muzzleloader, said to be the 300 yard muzzleloader. The shooters left hand was tore up. The muzzleloader can safely be loaded with a max of 200 grains of 777 or Pyrodex. I don't know of one made with a muzzle break so it looks to be modified.

Yep,Small ring Mauser. any marks at all?
The only marking on it are a serial number and a circle inside another circle. The barrels been sporterised and cut to 19 3/4". Still has a nice bore for an old Mauser barrel.

What is it for? 7mm Mauser fits in chamber, 7mm bore and barrel shank is .987". I was thinking small ring mauser but with out an extractor cut in the end I'm not sure. Thank you for any help.

Re: Vz 24 with potential German markings.

It looks like you may have a k98 or someone put on a k98 stock and rear sight base.
What are the markings on the receiver ring and left side of receiver?
The sling is a repro.
