Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: Type 99 Short Rifle cleaning rod

I am not sure of this seller or the products , but reproduction rods are not the same metal quality and most bend easy because they are not the same steel as an original. Threads may or may not work. Some like this one have a high gloss cheep finish, other brands have a more original finish. You nee...

Re: 1891 M91 eyeballs jumped out it's so nice

It would be neat to get that lucky at a gun show. It seems to happen when old collectors die and they family dumps stuff to really sell, not to slowly sell it a high prices. There idea of fun is not to sit at guns shows, rather get rid of dad's old junk fast.

Re: WW I Snead Victory Lamp- Morgan Explosion

This is a double socket lamp link that lost its photos. The owner has paid Photobucket for their services so the photos "with a new photo bucket logo on them " have been restored. This link is on the first page my post. a double socket Victory lamp, (added: the photo bucket pay to post photos, has d...

The markings indicate an original CW cap box. I assume the belt and buckle are most likely original too. Not reproductions. I could not see the markings or back of the buckle.

Re: What war is this belt from

That is a Civil War style percussion cap box not used in the Spanish American War and the buckle looks like a US Union, Civil War oval buckle ground down or cut. It is not the square style found on Spanish American War uniforms. It appears to be early 1960s reproductions for re enactors. Civil war s...
