Is that front sight adjustable or is that some kind of staking piece? Were those designed to shoot the same load as the 96 Swede Mauser? Great looking rifle for $100👍

If I had the cash I would go with an M1A1, while James River Armory has a forged receiver, also consider Fulton, they seem to provide better customer service. I would go with a National match in original configuration. Either JRA or Fulton armory NM service rifle. The M14 is a nice killing machine ...

Apparently, I paid in too much federal income tax. Silly me. So, I'm considering either a JRA M14 or JRA BM-59.
