Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: Still have that Underwood Carbine

No, we still have it and the CMP papers that go with it. I also picked up a couple 1903's, M1 Garands as well as a bunch of mausers.

Re: Extra Mags for Romanian Trainer

I have them! I actually have the "made in Taiwan" mags which are the best working, a few originals, exta fireingpins, bolts, stocks with minor cracks, trigger guards, barreled actions, stripped actions with barrels and even projects where I can supply all parts and you can build and tune it yourself...

Re: Houston area forum members

I just got back home in time for Harvey. I'm abut 40 Miles NW of the Houston city limits as the crow files. Lots of rain here, very little wind. As of yesterday afternoon we had gotten 20 inches of rain in 2 days. I expect to get at least that much again before its all over. A large ditch eroded by...

Re: How desirable is 9mm largo?

I checked your link and $34.00 a box is pricey to me ( not that it is, I am cheap). I was hoping to get it under $25 a box. Well then, you will need to buy 2000 boxes from your buddy to get it that cheap. He want to do 100 cases. Cases are .12 each then bullets, he buys powder by the truckload as w...

Re: How desirable is 9mm largo?

We checked into starline and in bulk, it is 12cents a case. He has the same machines as hornady uses for their custom ammo and would have their own dies and set up which he would not charge me for.

Re: Chinese Army Makarov red bakelite grips

I wish now I had never listened to my ex, putting extra money into savings instead invested in all those $99 EG Makarovs that were available oh so close to both of us back in the mid 1990s. We could have retired by now...... I know the feeling! I keep telling the boss my collection is an investment...

They had like a million rounds so I am sure there will be good and bad but either way, not a bad deal.

How desirable is 9mm largo?

Ok, for some reason I just had to have a Astra 400 and of course it is in the Largo caliber. I got it at an auction and seen a can with a bunch of Blazer ammo as well but got the gun not the ammo. I looked up on their site and sure enough they no longer sell it as well as most every other place who ...

Re: Malaysian 7.62x51mm - Any good?

We did a show this past weekend and had a bunch of SA.308 she was selling for 51.00 a battle pack. We sold a ton of it but was talking to several guys who purchased some of the Malaysian stuff. They said it shot well but a lot of it had some very small spots of corrosion on the rounds. Don't know ho...

Re: Chinese Army Makarov red bakelite grips

I have a set of the grips in the top pic. I had a fellow Makarov enthusiast walk by my tables at a show and was talking about them. Then he pulled one out of his bag to show me and since I have gave him good deals and one or two guns I would have rather kept, he sold it to me for $20. I had a real n...

Re: Source for HP

I have a beautiful Argentine FM high power (is one of my personal guns). I also have a decent BHP that it tip of the saftey broke off but still works just will not hold the slide back for disassembly (replacement part is $35) and I have a target model with beer barrel adjustable parts. The rear sigh...
