Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: Model 1895 mauser

My father has a model 1908 like that. Dwm crest, no south american markings. What they told me ia that ut is possible for it to be an arsenal rifle that was shipped back. Scrubbed crest and recrested with the company logo and sold commercially

Re: p14 rifle

I ve been shooting 178gr bullets with vithavuori powder n140, cant remember how many grains at the moment but extremly acurate. Sadly here the gunranges are scarse and i shoot mostly at tiny cards at 25 meters. Sometimes 100meters at my other club.

Re: Rifle Quiz

To me and i stress that i'm not an expert it looks like the bottom one is a p14 before the weddon/weedon repair standard. Seeing that it still has its volley sights, unit disc and fat boy stock. Second one from the bottom is after the repair standard of ww2, slim stock, beautiful winchester markings...

Re: Artillery Luger

Yeah but Belgians dont have that much money plus prices are pretty steep for them now. Waiting for a bargain as investment. Also my last model 4 (licence for a gun) took me six months waiting... Some people get it here after a month or two sometimes. I remeber sitting at home fantasizing about the t...

Re: Artillery Luger

There are some pretty good repro stocks for them, of course a collector can identify it easy but if you use it a bit, stain the leather... Blablabla it will still look pretty cool. I got one for a good price when buying a rifle but i dont have a luger or ari :) Sent from my ONE E1003 using Tapatalk

Re: p14 rifle

Got the brass to chamber. Apparently it came from his jungle carbine and had formed to that chamber wich must be very very much larger then mine. Had to full lenght resize, not only neck. Here the rifle is finished, a bit darker but the fix for the crack held up even after shooting it. https://uploa...

Re: p14 rifle

Have shot it yesterday for the first time, like it. But i need to get used to the trigger breaking so far behind (very clean but a lot of travel to get there). Had some problems with the brass that i had gotten for free with the purchase of the rifle. Half of them were perfect other half did not com...
