Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: Sten MkII from my collection

Wow... Nice... I love the Wire stock.. The sten has to be the quintessential underground resistance fighter gun.. Do have an Post War Yugoslavia ammo question.. The Yugoslavians supported so many different calibers.. was there anything official how they used these arms to keep them all straight.. An...

Re: Gun Broker and Completed Auctions

You can still see the completed price on the overview page, it looks like the price and bidding information is blocked on the detail.. That is not horrible

Re: Thompson M1A1 from my collection

Wow that is a beauty... Who made those leather magazine pouches?? I have heard Russians & I have heard Yugoslavians.. There is a movie called Kellys Heroes and it was shot in Yugoslavia and they carry those type of pouches. Those pouches are much more classier then the ww II american web versions

we really need our own song for the Thompson now...
unlike the PPsH the Thompson didn't play that huge a role in arming US soldiers. a song about the Garand would be better suited to acknowledge it's place in US small arms
Good point... we need that then :)

Re: My WW2 M41 Sphagin SMG

One of the best SMG from my small weapons collection. All matching ww2 (1943) M41 in 7,62x25 Tokarev. The second drum is in the green canvas pouch which is Yugo post war production. All others accessories are from ww2. It is very simple and rough but effective with very high rate of fire. It was on...

Re: Odd 5 surplus rifles one should never buy

I disagree with the Mas-36 7.62 conversions, I have seen a couple, shot one and really never saw an issue with extraction... I dislike the smug comment on no safety.. there was logic there.. Agree or disagree, and to complain about a solid block receiver.. I think more guns should have that kind of ...

Re: Israeli Mauser No.2

The Crest and 7,62 combination is to die for,,, And if you feel comfortable can I ask how much this cost??? Where as I do have a couple Izzy Mausers, I wish I had collected them heavier in the past.. Only in the past few years have I appreciated the many variations... Considering how the Israelis pu...
