Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

The anti gun crowd will outright reject this proposal. The firearms absolutists will also reject. We live in a world where politics are super polarized and no reasonable compromise can be made. I applaud your effort.

Re: new surplus and ammo .

Mark, My 20-1 comment was in reference to activists like NRA members versus gun control groups like the Brady campaign or whatever they call it now. Gun control is a minor issue to most on the left, compared to universal health care and social justice issues. They tend not to be very dedicated on th...

Re: new surplus and ammo .

There are still options for surplus handguns but rifles have dried up and I don't see any large imports on the horizon. As for the coming collapse in prices, I don't see it happening. Prices are trending upwards on every military surplus firearm. Even stuff like Carcano's have gone up. Younger gener...

Re: Milsurp collector age

I've been accumulating military rifles and pistols for 10 years now. I'm currently 27 but all my friends and associates are older. It's nice to see some people in my age group on here interested in these old weapons. From my experience with most millennial's is they have no interest in anything hist...

Re: FN49 Argentinian contract? in 7mm.

Venezuelan contract not Argentine. Argentine rifles were originally 7.65x53. Virtually all the rifles were re barreled to 7.62x51.

Re: Ar 15 fails wow

I had a squib load with some 9mm largo. The bullet went half way down the bore and the gun chambered the next round"Astra 400" I noticed something was wrong quickly. That could have been a bad day if I hadn't been paying attention.

Most of the Egyptian ammo I had shot fine. My ammo was mostly the same.headstamp as the stuff in you're picture.

Re: Ok why so much

I paid $400 for a nice SA stamped rifle last year.

Uneducated buyers will purchase those eventually. It might take awhile.

Re: I picked up wooden crates and have a question.

I would get rid of the crates. The metal cans are fine. If you are worried about eggs on the cans just spray them with insecticide.

Bren MK III kit

I was fortunate to pick up one of these Bren kits recently. The importer told me these were imported from Ireland. Only 50 of these were imported. Receiver cuts are good unlike the vast majority of kits on the market. The plan is to reweld the receiver and convert to semi auto only when I obtain the...

G3 22LR conversion kit

Received this in the mail Friday. The barrel is slightly bent towards the end. I should be able to fix it. The kit was free so I'm not upset about the barrel.
