Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

My experience - I began with some of the case of 50's Yugo pulling bullets, and then reloading the powder, due to considerable variations in powder loads from round to round. The Turk ammo was even worse. When I got a bunch of Egyptian ammo, I started off doing the same, but quickly stopped, as the ...

This is where reloading becomes fun. Trying out different bullets, powders, load, velocities, etc., all to get the best accuracy. Develop an 7.92x57 load that is spot on with H4895, then I ask myself, would CFE223 work better? Time to grab a pound of powder and load up! Unfortunately, I don't have t...
Looks nice. I like the original x45 round, but getting the brass formed is a tedious process! How's your grouping? My barrel is pretty pitted, and after slugging it, found it is .314. The .312 150 Grain bullets meant for the 7.7 Jap work great, and I was able to get a load to shoot 2.5" I figured no...

In Joplin, just a bit off the Interstate, is Steve's Trading Post....

Need a little advice here. I just had a hernia repair surgery today, and I think I did well. This was my first time to go under anesthesia or have invasive surgery, so I was a bit apprehensive, but it is fine. I ended up taking several days off of work to let myself rest, more mental than anything. ...

That one is in nice condition compared to many I've seen. I always wondered if there were any around that missed the conversion to 7.62, and still were in 8mm.

Dumb question but I saw a guy at a show selling a WW1 German rifle all matching bring back one of his great grandfathers said he brought it back but the commanding officer made him break the firing pin off he had a new one in it and the broken one. Did sruff like that really happen. Or was it just ...
