Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Re: Anybody remember the Garand ammo that came up for sale several years ago on clips?

What you have there is: Remington Arms (RA & DEN) head stamped ammunition. TW ammo is a MATCH ammo for .30-06 According to google, "TW Ball rounds came from the armory of the USS Monticello LSD35 in bandoleers of 8-rnd M1 rifle clips in 1960." I don't think you have the Korean KA ammo there. Do you ...

Re: 7.62x39 load data using WC846

For me it is another powder to consider using for this caliber. In my experience, getting an AK to both function and be accurate at the same time is a delicate balance. I rarely reload for x39 because I don't have a good load that does both. The SKS is completely different. I tend to get the best re...

No, I wouldn't do it.
The head spacing issues is enough for me not to even try.
I like my .45 LC's too much to risk anything.

I would rather work up a load for .45 Cowboy Special if I wanted to do it right.

A possible Navy Hunter SKS for $100!
Wow and congrats.

Post a few photos of what you bought and focus especially on the mount.
We can help point you in the right direction.

Re: Stoked! M24/52c.

That is an impressive group for 100 yards.

You need to join one of the shooting matches we have here.
With a group like that, you would definitely score high.

Re: 2018 - Mosin Nagant Prices

I am thinking that in about 10 to 15 years, I will rent a table at a local show and sell all of my Mosin's for $500 a piece. Laughable, I know but I think people will buy them. I am no Candyman, but I have enough Mosin's (36 in total) that if I sold them all at that price I could take my $18k and ru...

Re: What happen to the 50 cent piece?

You can pick them up at a local bank that distributes coin. Personally, I try to pick up at least $20 in half dollars at least twice a month. I have been doing this since 2013, and like you I agree they do come in handy while paying. Bums like them too. Using them as loose change you need to be prep...

Re: 2018 - Mosin Nagant Prices

I guess the question is who really wants to buy a Mosin for such a high price? There are new collectors made every day that didn't ride the cheap surplus wave that we did. I guess that if you really want to own one today, you are going to pay to pry them out of other collectors hands. Apparently, t...

I would love to buy a M1938 Mortar for only $20.
As the ad says, it "has many practical uses". I can think of 4 already 8-) .
