Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

This one is folding type (the second type). I spent many hours to make it nicer.

Re: Carcano M38 ex folding bayonet

Yes. Italians realized that for bayonets is better to have fix blade then folding mechanism. So they turned to more simple war production and stepped back to fix blade. I have also fix blade type (the fourth type) and the second type- folding bayonet. Still missing the first type - folding blade and...

Re: p14 rifle

Nice looking rifle. What about recoil with .303? Probably nothing compare to .30-06.

Beside my weapons collection I like to add some accessories, militaria and bayonets. I got this M38 just to get one of this ex-folding bayonets. I have also fix blade and folding, but not in the sam condition. It is quite hard to find these bayonets here in Slovenia. The bayonet still keep some part...

Re: Why would anyone want an Enfield

Here's that No1 MkIII I was waiting on it's a 1915 BSA. I bought it as a parts gun. The barrel is short out and it has a DP bolt that doesn't match the rifle. But I think I will keep it as it is. IMG_0614.JPG Nice one. Would you tell me why it has such a strange smell (like old burning oil) and alm...

Re: Why would anyone want an Enfield

I like them because of 10 round magazine and smooth and fast bolt action.

I have just one old beaten SMLE, BSA 1916, No1 MkIII*. All matching parts.

Re: My M95

Beautiful short rifle. Number on the bolt handle is not original, but other parts believe they are. 8x50R? Possible.

Re: Steyr M95 photo thread

I have a lot of Austro-Hungarian military equipment related to the Mannlicher rifles.
But I assumed that is better to open another independent topic. Here you can see some of my old 100 years and more old stuff.

Re: Steyr M95 photo thread

one from my bunch of M95 short rifles. That's fine because it was hidden for 100 years. When the old family house from my wife's family reconstructed it showed up. I have photos before cleaning also.
