I recently purchased what looks to be a pre war S&W M&P? Marked Obrea on frame, 4" tube, all working parts there except cylinder and crane and frame lug, 5 screw frame. Stamped on grip frame Polica De LaPrvinla Buenos Aiares. Barrel stamped .38 Largo. Warning tag reads "Under no circumstances should...

For what it's worth, my Webley with the weak mainspring will set off Winchester primers about 90% of the time but (so far) I'm getting 100% ignition with Federal primers.
