The pics in my previous post were the pics from the guy who I originally got them from...I was too lazy to take my own pics.

Re: Savage 1907.

On the positive side, this was my first visit to the C&Rsenal webiste. Wonderful videos! Very informative, rich in history and detail, great photography, and they cover a lot of neglected C&R firearms. Yep, one can spend a lot of time perusing their channel. I enjoyed learning the 1907s role in WW1...

Re: Please members the forum needs your help

Just so everyone is aware, we've raised enough for a year of hosting, but unless you want to do this again in a year, we need a lot more. Maybe we renew for the year now and then renew further later, giving a little more time for fundraising, but I don't want to keep track of the finances for sever...

I haven’t been very active the past few years, but I’d hate to see this forum go down again, so I just donated $50 via the donate button and PayPal.

Re: Indian (Navy Arms) JC ishapore

I’m not planning on selling any of mine to find out, but it does make me wonder what they might sell for these days.

Re: Indian (Navy Arms) JC ishapore

Certainly pricey for what it is. My real ones must be worth a mint now if this is what a “replica” is bringing these days!

Re: .410 Enfield SMLE shot gun

Libertytreecollectors just listed a British made SMLE rifle converted in India to .410. It is not GRI marked. see https://www.libertytreecollectors.com/productcart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=10656&idcategory= This example is an actual original brass case chambering, not one converted by Century to mo...

Re: Spurs and the Great West

Back in 1963 I was in the Tenth Infantry at Ft. Carson. CO. One day the company arms room posted a notice that on a certain day and time they would sell all their leftover Springfields for $10 apiece. At the appointed time I got in line outside the arms room along with a lot of eager soldiers. Unfo...

Re: .410 Enfield SMLE shot gun

It seems Libertytreecollectors has found a few crates of this .410 ammo. It seems harder to find nowadays.  The price is a far cry from the $49 it was around 2014/15. Times have changed    $140 a case  Not sure how fast a mover it will be: https://www.libertytree...

Re: Spurs and the Great West

Oak Creek Canyon is a river gorge located in northern Arizona between the cities of Flagstaff and Sedona. The canyon is often described as a smaller cousin of the Grand Canyon because of its scenic beauty. State Route 89A enters the canyon on its north end via a series of hairpin turns before trave...
