From what little I've searched, there seems to be no difference in the metallurgy...but I honestly have to say that I don't really know. :/

I honestly don't know where you'd find parts. I checked Numrich, Hoosier, & Popperts. No luck. You might try Lee's Gun Parts: http://www.leesgunparts.com/ If you find a Toz-17 swivel that might (?) work, but I didn't have any luck at the usual places for one of those either. Might just have to find ...
