Well, the board is either fixed, or it's going to run terribly. Cross your fingers and hope for the best. I'm at my technical limit right now.

Post over at IAA warning about Dominican made .30 carbine. One member posted about over pressure that damaged an M1, others posted that it's junk and dirty.

Vendor Info?

Hello all, We've had several stickied topics in the past with links to dealers still in business. I thought that, with having lost a few recently, maybe an updated list should be created? I'd prefer a table but we'll have to make do with a list. I'm just adding companies in no particular order, BTW....

Re: SOG Southern Ohio Guns is history

Got some good deals from SOG back in the day. They used to list all their ammunition as non-corrosive, though. :) We also lost Coles Distributing last year for good due to a fire, though their site had not been accepting orders for years before that. :( KY Imports is still going, though it's all amm...

Re: The free/gift Jam-O-Matic .22.

Good luck with your quest! I had a pump action .22 from the late 70s (forget the brand even, much less the model) and I couldn't get it to extract properly. Sometimes it would, sometimes it wouldn't. Replaced the extractor and every spring on the bolt, which helped a little, but still not reliable. ...

Re: Anyone tried Aguila ammo?

Aguila makes good ammo. It used to be described as "clean ammo from the 70s" (meaning a bit dirty) but it's surpassed that reputation now.

Re: Various Tokarev Models - Info & Disassembly Guides

So turns out that Century just slapped TTC on both Romanian and Polish Toks (and, it seems, mixed some parts). Have added proper WZ 33 links for the Polish pistols. Also added another link for the TTC and info about Vietnam's K14-VN K54 (Type 54) upgrade. Very, very little info about those, sorry.

Re: PCI 6.5x50 ammo

I got lucky with PCI, out of the 4 rounds I fired, all 4 went boom. Not exactly a ringing endorsement. As a friend of mine once said about a crappy electronics manufacturer: "Hey, everyone can screw up and make a good one every now and then". :) Edit: After watching that video, YIKES. I'm gonna put ...
