Re: Reloading 7.62x54R

Waiting for my EZ X EXP 303 B expander to arrive but took both of my MN to the range today just too see how they shot at 100 yards using some surplus ammo and some Tula ammo. I was sort of happy about the results with about 4" groups from both. Since they are .308 bullets I'm expecting the larger ....

Did you find any of my FN 7mm bullets in the dirt? I put enough of them there it should be an easy hunt!

Re: Look what I found: Berdan-primed brass (once fired)

Do you have the .250" Berdan primer specific to most .303 Berdan brass? Not sold in the USA for 20 years or so.

And site shows "out of stock"..so?

Re: Load For 200 Grain 38S&W Bullet

I have loaded 2 types of 200gr .361" cast bullets that I bought online. One in the shape of the latter jacketed bullet and another very blunt bullet like the lead original. Both were very accurate over 2.2gr of Unique (620fps MV). Good enough to hit a moving man sillouette target 3 out of 6 shots @2...

Re: My FEG PA-63.

The RK 59 and R 61 FEG pistols are PPK size. Your PA-63 is more like a PP size Walther.

Re: Found some surplus 8mm.

The Egyptian 8mm is 198gr FMJBT vs the Turk 154gr FMJ FB. Some have reported duds in their Egyptian 8mm these days but it was good for me in the 1980s.

Re: Reloading PSL, deformed cases

Looks extruded into chamber defect all around the edge of the shoulder...and also the weird cuts/gouge.

Re: Reloading PSL, deformed cases

There seems to be marks all around the circumference of the shoulder...how can this be happening on ejection? Seems like a scared up chamber issue, as if someone dug out a seperated Case with a jackhammer.

Re: Czech she semi auto rifle

"Attachment clips for a bipod"? I don't think there is a bipod or clips to attach same for this rifle. Look for an importers stamp on the receiver or barrel of the rifle. While a lot of these rifles have the "Bringback" story...those same rifles often have the importer stamp and are not Bringback wa...

I checked your link and $34.00 a box is pricey to me ( not that it is, I am cheap). I was hoping to get it under $25 a box.
Well then, you will need to buy 2000 boxes from your buddy to get it that cheap.

Re: How desirable is 9mm largo?

Starline sells 9 Largo brass and your buddy could load it on his 9mm Luger line with no need for new dies/equipment (just adjustment).

PCI is a firm like your buddies. They make 9mm Largo. Graf & Sons has it in stock.
